He was predeceased by: his wife Julia M. Roman (Rodriguez-Colon); and his parents, Avelino Roman and Juana Nunez. He is survived by: his children, Wanda Roman, Felix R. Roman, Sr. (Sherri Ann Sebring) and Rev. Evelyn Leon (Jose A. Leon); and his grandchildren, Jose Luis Martinez (Limary Hernandez), Wanda A. Laureano, Shawn M. Laureano, Lanise E. Martinez (William, Jr.), Felix R. Roman, Jr. (Cynthia), LaToya E. Pacheco (Rafael), Tisha B'av Santiago (Anthony Torres), Sara J. Breisch (Adam) and Rachel Leon (Dwight Holloway).
