He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his children, Lisa Miller Fox (Michael) and David Miller (Debra); his grandchildren, Alexander DeNagy (Lyall Glait), Katie Miller and Ross Miller; and his stepgranddaughters, Kate and Emma Fox.
