It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Mathew Ford of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on June 26, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Ford (Schanely); his parents, John P. Ford and Anna Ford (Poth); his brothers, John and Robert; and his great grandchild George Lucas Jones.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gail Bambu of Bethlehem, PA and Linda Jones (Penny) of Pennsburg, PA.; his grandchildren, James Reith (Gerri), Daryl Reith (Loretta), Amy (Reith) and Brandon Jones (Lydia); his great grandchildren, Anthony Reith, David Reith, Madison Reith, Ethan Reith, Jonathan Wulffleff, Kayla Wulffleff, Alana Jones and David Jones; and his great great grandchildren, Aaleigha Burns and Kalyn Burns.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
