He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Bonsall (Smith) and George Bonsall. He is survived by: his wife Randa Bonsall (Means); his children, Christopher Bradley Bonsall (Wendy) and Lindsey Fitzpatrick (Matthew); his grandchildren, Madeline Grace Bonsall, Liam Fitzpatrick, Parker Fitzpatrick, Jacob Boyer, Margaret Boyer and Benjamin Boyer (Mary Lynn); his stepson Nathan Robert King (Lealand Eve); his stepgrandchildren, Asher King, Delphine King and Madison Carrie King (Scott Effting); Amanda Diane King.
