He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Nakata and Mary R. Nakata (Dutko); and his brother Ronald Nakata. He is survived by: his wife Lois E. Nakata; and his children, Jeffrey Nakata (Heather) of Bethlehem, Kristy Nakata of Catasauqua, Jon Nakata of Whitehall and Edward Nakata of Bethlehem.
