He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Fota and Dorothy D. Fota (Daday); and his brother Bernard. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Fota (Brown); his stepchildren, Catherine Baldry (Adams) and Lauren Miltenberger (Adams); his grandchildren, Ali, Kyle and Thrasher; and also, Richard Baldry and Scott Miltenberger.
