He is survived by: his daughter Charlotte Hooker (Thomas) of Flat Rock, NC; and his grandchildren, Andrew Hooker (Chelsea Padilla) of Hoboken, NJ, Mark Hooker of Tampa, FL and Kelly Hooker of Atlanta, GA..
