She was predeceased by: her parents, John Heffernan and Marilyn Swikert. She is survived by: her son Michael Stackhouse; her siblings, Candace Novak (Christopher), Jack Heffernan, Jay Staples (Matthew), David Heffernan (Sherrie) and Billy Heffernan; and her former husband Scott Stackhouse. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
