She was predeceased by: her parents, Miguel DeJesus and Rosalina Burgos; and her son David Capelles. She is survived by: her husband Rafael Trinidad Sr.; her children, Awilda Vasquez, Margarita Vasquez (Santos Rodriguez), Anita Trinidad, Ronald Trinidad and Rafael Trinidad Jr. (Candace); her brothers, Gregorio Correa and Ismael Correa; and her half-sister Margarita Pomales. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
