He was predeceased by: his father Edward R. Weaver; his daughter Kennedy Lyn-Weaver DeFrancesco; and his brother Scott Weaver. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Weaver (Blood); his brother Todd Weaver of Bethlehem; his niece Alexa of Whitehall; his nephew Zachary of Bethlehem; and his godparents, Carol Rutkowski, Barbara and Jeffrey Seeds.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lehigh County Humane Society, 640 Dixon Street Allentown, PA 18103.
