She was predeceased by: her father Edward Kvacky; her brother-in-law John N. Forte; her nephew John E. Forte; and also Jim. She is survived by: her husband Peter A. Brekus; her mother Betty Ramberger Kvacky; her siblings, Robin Kvacky Forte (Debbie), Jan Kvacky Pazienza (Joseph) and Joel Kvacky (Marsha); her nieces and nephews, Laurie Forte Fatebene (Mark), Natalie Kvacky Conley (Sean), Marissa Kvacky Yorty (Mark), Jessica Gonzales, Taylor Brekus, Laura Brekus McCarthy, Andrea Joy Billingsly-Brekus, Jacob Kvacky (Nichole), Derek Pazienza, Anthony Pazienza, Drew Brekus and Dean Brekus; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Orion, Maci, Landon, Maddox, Haley, Cyan, Locke, Peyton, Chase, Piper and Cullen.
