She was predeceased by: her husband James F. Siegfried; her parents, Molly George and Bessie Kostic (Fritchman); her siblings, Trottey G. Kostic, Sr., Betty Clark and Floyd Kostic; and her niece-in-law Donna Kostic.
She is survived by: her siblings, James Kostic of Allentown and Ruth Thatcher of Hellertown; and her nephew Trottey "Terry" G. Kostic, Jr. of Freemansburg. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
