She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald R. Poniktera, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Michelle Teles (Carlos) and Joe Geldon (Maryann); her children, Melissa Lorah, Ronald R. Poniktera, Jr. (Karey) and Mike Poniktera (Julie); her grandchildren, Amber, Wyatt Poniktera, Katrina Hamsher, Tyler Lorah and Tori Boger (Herbert Boger IV); and her great grandchildren, Brayden Snyder, Blaze Trautman and Derek Boger.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Aunt Helen's Cats in Need 1747 Williams St. Hellertown PA 18055.
