He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah Kiefer and Rita Kiefer (Higgins); and his sister Sarah Mather (Kiefer). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Kiefer (Kimball); his siblings, Sue Deckelman (Frank) of Rockville, MD, Patty Kiefer of Harper's Ferry, WV, Mike Winegrad (Ken) of Severna Park, MD and Chris Kiefer (Becca) of Gettysburg, PA; and his brother-in-law Ron Mather of Baltimore, MD.. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
