He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. LaSure and Olga LaSure. He is survived by: his fiancée Lorraine Dominguez; his children, Ashley E. Blake (Kyle) and John E. LaSure, III; his granddaughter April LaSure; and his sons, Isaac Blake, Eli Blake and Ethan Blake.
