He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Starrett and Ann L. Starrett (Ulrich). He is survived by: his brothers, Tom Starrett (Bethlehem Manor) of Bethlehem and Paul Starrett of Bath; and his nephew Joseph Starrett of Millsboro, DE..
