He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Lazar and Tewilla Lazar (Trexler); and his cockatiels, Buddy, Lizzie and Zoie.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Lazar (Harpel); and his daughter Jennifer Lazar. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins, and many friends.
