He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Workman and Ruth Miller Workman. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor M. Workman; his children, Lynn Snyder (John) of Lock Haven, Sarah McIntyre (Andrew) of Bethlehem, Mary Workman of Easton and Joseph M. Workman, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Charlotte, NC; and his sister Ann Workman Cirucci of Nazareth. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
