He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Otero (Rivera); his sons, Juan Albert Otero of Bethlehem, Michael Bradley Otero (Sara) of Emmaus, Jordan Joseph Otero of Bethlehem and Joel Adam Otero of Bethlehem; and his sister Miriam Gonzalez of Bethlehem. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
