She is survived by: her children, Brian of Bethlehem and Tami (Robert Holmes, Jr.) of Bethlehem; her brother Richard Chontofalsky (Patricia) of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Brianna Mikucki (Joseph), Dallas Holmes and Austin Holmes; and her great grandchild Kaiya Elizabeth Mikucki.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to St. Luke's Hospice House, Development Office, 801 Ostrum St., Bethlehem, PA 18015.
