He is survived by: his significant other Margarita Rojas; his close friend Margarita; his children, Julio Ortiz of Hellertown, Scott Ortiz of Coopersburg, Melitza Lopez (Edgar) of Hanover Twp, Julito Ortiz of Bethelehem, Gretchen Schaeffer (Andrew) of Stroudsburg and Crystal Ortiz of Fountain Hill; and his siblings, Concepcion Ortiz, Maria Rosario Rivera, Pilar Agosto, Nilda Flores, Rosa Ortiz and Martha Trinidad. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
