She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley J. Maculesky; her parents, Herbert Zettlemoyer and Marion Zettlemoyer (Woerner); her daughters, Susan Kotze and Barbara Nunnemacher; and her brothers, Herbert and George.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Holder of Bethlehem and Jeanne Bednarik of Lone Jack, Missouri. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
