He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Jens and Karl Jens. He is survived by: his wife Candy Jens; his children, Karin Wilson, Karl Jens and Erica DeRobbio; and his grandchildren, Chad Jens, Mark Jens, Dayne, Ray DeRobbio and Grace Erlenwein.
