With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Camille Vlasaty of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, born in Braddock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 15, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip R. Smith and Julia Vaskevich Smith; and her spouse Regis Vlasaty. She is survived by: her son Robert Vlasaty (Jaime); her grandchildren, Austin (A. J.), Kyle, Emersyn and Hudson Vlasaty; and her siblings, Father Lawrence Smith of Pittsburgh, PA and Penelope Worth of Almond, NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kathleen's name may be offered to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
