He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Osipower and Marian Osipower (Knisely); and his wife Carol Hughes. He is survived by: his children, David Scott Osipower of Saylorsburg, PA, Susan Sedgewick (James) of New Hampshire, Lori Himes (David) of Lewisburg, PA and Lisa Dart (Dwayne Hunsicker) of Jim Thorpe, PA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
