He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester S. Hornberger and Anna Marie Hornberger (French); his daughter Malinda Horninger; and his siblings, Stanley Hornberger, Robert Hornberger and Carolyn Pfaff.
He is survived by: his wife Carol (Case); his daughters, Katrina Hornberger and Athena Mummert (Mark); his grandchildren, Allycia Helmer, Nathaniel Snow, Kyrstin Young, Kaylene Mummert, Cora Mummert and Matthew Hornberger; and his siblings, Charles Hornberger, Dorothea Dilliard and Sandra Bauder. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
