She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd T. Proctor and Ada Proctor (Allen); and her brothers, Wesley Proctor (Fawn) of Shippensburg, PA and Howard Proctor (Sherryl). She is survived by: her husband John W. Rowland; her children, Megan Rogers of Coopersburg, PA, Michael Rowland (Wynneal) and Andrew Rowland (Lauren Lee) of Easton, PA.; and her grandchildren, Addison Rogers, Amelia Rogers, Freddie Rowland, Anna Rowland and Colin Rowland.
