She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh McGinn and Margaret McGinn (McGoldrick). She is survived by: her husband Robert P. Kelly II; her children, Gregory H. Kelly (Lorraine), Susan Kelly Garvey (Thomas), Robert P. Kelly Jr. and Timothy K. Kelly (Melanie); and her daughter-in-law Alicia E. Kelly. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, one great granddaughter.
