She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Polack; and her parents, Ramon Vasquez and Piedad Vasquez (Moreno). She is survived by: her children, John Polack of Augusta and Cindy Silva of Freemansburg; her grandchildren, Shantel, Sashia, Jamie, Jess and Jeremy; and her great grandchildren, Xavier, Alek, Gabriel, Daniel, Jada, Khalessi, Lucy, Cady and Lincoln.
