She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry G. Pitsilos and Chrystalla H. Pitsilos (Kousouros). She is survived by: her spouse Thomas V. Moukoulis; her son William T. Moukoulis (Irene) of Bethlehem; her grandchildren, Barbara J. Moukoulis and Peter C. Moukoulis; and her brother George H. Pitsilos (Ibi) of Bethlehem. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers contributions in Mary's memory may be made to the St. Nicholas Cathedral Senior Citizens in care of the Funeral Home.
