He was predeceased by: his sister Caroline Louck. He is survived by: his parent Thomas Hass; his children, Domineque Hass, Coleton Hass, Haleigh Hass and Trisha Transue; and his siblings, Michelle Gillespie, Jodie Liasko, Christine Miller and BJ Fread.

In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions in his memory to Boy's Town in Mike's honor.
