He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Rivera and Maria Nieves. He is survived by: his wife Mary Rivera (Rossillo); his sons, Michael A. Rivera, Anthony J. Rivera and Richard M. Rivera; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Amanda, Brooke and Hope. He is also survived by one brother and three sisters, and two brothers and one sister.
