He was predeceased by: his wife Margarita Rodriguez (Vassallo); his parents, Juan Rodriguez and Fausta Rodriguez (Diaz); and his siblings, Juan Rodriguez Diaz, Angel Rodriguez Diaz, Marcelino Rodriguez Diaz, Antoliano Rodriguez Diaz, Clotilde Rodriguez Diaz, Francisco Rodriguez Diaz, Felix Rodriguez Diaz and Nicholas Rodriguez Diaz.
He is survived by: his sons, Miguel Rodriguez, Jr. of Bethlehem, William Rodriguez of Cape Cod, MA and Xavier Rodriguez (Rosa) of Bethlehem; and his brother Expedito Rodriguez Diaz. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
