She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph J. O'Keefe Jr.; her parents, Edward Daugherty and Della Daugherty (Barker); her daughter Nancy; and her grandson Peter.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph J. O'Keefe III (Tish), Michael P. O'Keefe (Cindy) and Sean O'Keefe; her grandchildren, Tyler (Samantha), Andrew (Caity), Hope (Ben), Justin, Ryan, Craig and Erin; and her great grandchildren, Anne and Oliver. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, neighbors, and friends.
