He was predeceased by: his spouse Argiro Zanakos (Petrakis); and his brother Michael Zanakos. He is survived by: his children, James Zanakos (Kenly), Dr. Nicholas M. Zanakos (Gwendolyn) and Angeline Zanakos; his brother George J. Andralis (Argie); his grandchildren, Nicholas James Zanakos (Miranda) and Christina Zanakos Feinberg (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Dimitrios Zanakos, Olivia Feinberg and Sophia Feinberg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
