She was predeceased by: her husband Michael R. Packard; her mother Marilyn Quier; her daughter Corrina Marie Packard; and her brother James Quier. She is survived by: her son Michael R. Packard, Jr. (Misty); her grandchildren, Ian Hiatt, Annie Hiatt, Evan Hiatt, Dylan Packard, Abigail Packard, Christopher Smith Jr. and Tyler Smith; her great grandchild Everlee Smith; and her friend Melissa Sweeney.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in Pamela's memory to her son, Michael, 2710 East Boulevard, Bethlehem PA 18017 to help defray funeral expenses.
