She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Colodonato; and her parents, Thomas Ford and Mary Ford (Lennert). She is survived by: her children, Tina (Harry Mellinger) of Whitehall and Brian Collins of Bethlehem Twsp; her grandchildren, Michael Colodonato, Brook (Aaron Harding), Travis Collins, Justin Mellinger (Shelby), Brittany Collins and Patrick Collins; her great grandchildren, Seamus, Kody, Walter, Katrina, Ryleigh, Ian and Laci; and her sister Diane Poehler.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Calendar Saints Simon & Jude's Church (730 W Broad St, Bethlehem, PA 18018). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Saints Simon & Jude's R. C. Church (730 W Broad St, Bethlehem, PA 18018). A burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Calendar Holy Saviour Cemetery (2575 Linden St, Bethlehem, PA 18017).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Patricia's memory may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, care of the funeral home, and sent to 25-27 North Second Street, Slatington, PA 18080.
