She is survived by: her children, Tina (Harry Mellinger) of Whitehall and Brian Collins of Bethlehem Twsp; her grandchildren, Michael Colodonato, Brook (Aaron Harding), Travis Collins, Justin Mellinger (Shelby), Brittany Collins and Patrick Collins; her great grandchildren, Seamus, Kody, Walter, Katrina, Ryleigh, Ian and Laci; and her sister Diane Poehler.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Patricia's memory may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, care of the funeral home, and sent to 25-27 North Second Street, Slatington, PA 18080.
