She was predeceased by: her husband Donald E. Collins; her parents, Henry J. Jackson and Irene C. Jackson (Oakley); her son Donald E. Collins Jr.; and her sisters, Rita Jackson and Natalie Jackson.
She is survived by: her pets, Caleb and Lucy; her daughter Melissa Silvestri (Ralph); her grandchildren, Kathy Silvestri (Brandon Brownell) and Joseph Donald Silvestri (JD); her brother Michael "Mickey" Jackson (Sandee); and her friends, Joanne Czap and Betty Jane Czap.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in Pat's memory to the Humane Society of one's choice.
