He is survived by: his parents, John Eberhardt and Irene Eberhardt (Falk); his wife Melissa Eberhardt (Merritt); his daughter Raven Eberhardt; his stepdaughter Kyra Holmes; and his brother Jeffrey Eberhardt of Northampton.

“We at St Lukes EAFMA, were shocked, & so sad to hear of Paul's passing. He was a favorite of ours at the office and all of us enjoyed our chats with him. Paul was always one who showed kindness, patience, and made us laugh. He had the best positive nature, & our own joke was sharing our birthdays (even though I'm 19 plus years older!) He'd jokingly say we were the same age. He will be deeply missed!! All our deepest condolences to Melissa & Raven!!”
