He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Gordon and Violet Olga Gordon (James); his grandson Aarik P. Gadson; and his sisters, Yvonne, Faye and Novia.
He is survived by: his wife Belinda M. Gordon (Nevill); his daughter Kenya A. Gordon of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Azaria K. Gadson and Kendrik A. Gadson; his son Joshua I. Benavides of Bethlehem; and his brothers, Phillip Gordon (Yvonne) of Jamaica and Creswell Waugh of Miami, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
