He was predeceased by: his wife Donna "Danusha" H. Chockley (Hafele); and his parents, Raymond Orth and Mary Orth (Hader). He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Riedy (Chris) of Bethlehem and David Orth (Rebecca) of Whitehall; his stepchildren, Heather Steinmeyer (Randall) of Chicago and Todd Chockley (Christa) of Hanover Park, IL.; and his sister Maryann.
