He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leeb and Elizabeth Leeb (Liebetrau). He is survived by: his wife Lillian (Regina); and his children, Richard W. Leeb Jr. and Elizabeth L. Bayne (Kevin) of Stewartsville, NJ. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
