He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel E. Barsness and Joanna Barsness (Warga); and his brother Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Dorothea (Dotty); his children, Karen Boksan (Ed) of Bethlehem and Erik Barsness of Gaithersburg, MD; and his grandchildren, Jana Wolfman (Justin), Chloe, Claire and Peter Barsness.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the Cathedral Church (321 Wyandotte St, Bethlehem, PA 18015). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
