He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J Kelly Sr. and Rose Scanlan Kelly; his brothers, Edward J, Kelly Jr., Gregory and Kelly; and his wife Margaret McGinn Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Kelly (Lorraine), Susan Kelly Garvey, Thomas, Robert P. Kelly Jr. and Timothy Kelly (Melanie); and his daughter-in-law Alicia Kelly. He is also survived by his brothers ended up being partners for over 50 years before their sons, ten grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
