He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian Holzinger and Georgine Holzinger (Fenner); his wife Margaret Mae Holzinger (Walck); his son Matthew James; and his brother Jay James Holzinger.
He is survived by: his children, Kerrilee Ritter (Paul Ritter III) of Bethlehem and Jay J. Holzinger II (Nicole Tyree) of Dayton, OH.; his grandchildren, Jessica Spaar, Elizabeth Ritter, Victoria Ritter, Jonea Cunico, Jayla Holzinger, Jared Tengesdahl and Jalen Holzinger; his sister Rita; and his sister-in-law Sharyn.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Historic Bethlehem Museums and Sites or to the Moravian Houses.
