She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Beleykanich; her parents, Michael DeBellis and Anna DeBellis (Voytko); and her siblings, Anna DeBellis, Elizabeth Kotash, Eleanor Gawlik and Michael DeBellis.
She is survived by: her sister Bernadine Fernandes; and her great-niece Jessica L. "Jessi" LaBarge. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
