He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean A. Penberth (Kressley); his father Roy Sr. Penberth; his siblings, David, John, Barbara Schaeffer, Donald and Florence "Cookie" Manley; and his brother-in-law Sonny.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Edwards (Rob Day) of Lehighton, Lori Sell of Slatington and John Hitcho (Nancy Weierbach) of Hellertown; and his sister Sandy Bauder of Bath. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
