He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Jr. Gosztonyi and Geraldine Gosztonyi (Lewis); his sister Adrienne Blackmon; and his stepmother Shirley Gosztonyi. He is survived by: his wife Lisa (Costa); his daughter Adrienne Gosztonyi of Easton; and his brothers, Jay Gosztonyi (Joanne) of Bethlehem, Gary Gosztony (Cathy) of Bethlehem and Kevin Gosztonyi of Bethlehem. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
