She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Shepardson and Caroline Shepardson (Tilberg); her husband William Joseph Repnyek Sr.; her son William J. Repnyek Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Mary Jane Repnyek.

She is survived by: her son David Repnyek (Carol Baine); her sister Joan Kingslake; her daughter-in-law Sandy Repnyek; her caregiver Angela Clarke; and her friend Irene Goosely. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.

Contributions may be made in Ruth's name to Star of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 514 Third Ave. Bethlehem, PA 18018.
