She was predeceased by: her parents, Vicente Rivas and Sergia Rivas (Rivera); her husband Wilfredo Rivera; her sisters, Alida Rivera (Ruben A. Rivera, Jr.) and Eileen Marquez; and her son Wilfredo "Will" Rivera. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and 3 Godsons.
